HESSTON InLine Square Balers offer a superior advantage to produce consistent square shoulders bales time after time. And NO Banana Bales. Why? Because the InLine design preforms the flake in the PreCharge Chamber. As the Hay is picked up off the Low Profile Pickup the PreCharge Chamber is filled with Hay. The Side are Molded before entering Bale Chamber since the PreCharge Chamber is the same width as the Bale Chamber. Once the Stuffer Fingers are activated it pushes the hay up and out of the PreCharge Chamber into the Bale Chamber where it is compressed at the top and the sides are already made from the earlier filling of the PreCharge Chamber the only thing left is the bottom is clipped by the plunger knife to square up the bottom and cut any stranglers hanging down. This creates consistent size and density of flakes everytime. Consistent Flake Size creates Consistent Bales and No Bananas. Side Pull Balers cannot offer this since they have no precharge chamber and can send lumps of hay into the Bale Chamber and have irregular shaped flakes of hay...one side with more than the other side. Thus creating bales that are curved in nature or Banana Shaped.
